What you’ll find in store

This is outlet stock, so the mix changes with every delivery. These are the categories the store keeps, and the names that come through most often.

Denim, Tees and Dresses | Start with the GUESS fit: close-cut denim is the brand's clearest language, and the same logo-led mood carries into tees and dresses. | form-fitting denim, logo tees, dresses Logo Handbags | GUESS handbags are usually chosen for visible hardware and a styled finish, so check the strap, lining and closures as carefully as the outside. | handbags, shoulder bags, crossbody bags Watches and Eyewear | The smaller accessories carry the black-and-white campaign attitude without committing to a full denim look, but styles move quickly between drops. | watches, eyewear, sunglasses Guess Kids | Guess Kids repeats the adult denim-and-logo language in smaller sizing, so compare measurements rather than relying only on the age label. | Guess Kids denim, Guess Kids logo tees, Guess Kids dresses

The brand

From Marciano denim to monochrome campaigns

GUESS began in Los Angeles in 1981, founded by the four Marciano brothers: Georges, Maurice, Paul and Armand. They built the brand around denim with a close fit, a visible logo attitude, and a city style that felt different from plain workwear jeans. In 1985, GUESS started the black-and-white advertising campaigns that became its signature. The brand later listed on the New York Stock Exchange in 1996, and in 2004 its accessories grew while the more upscale Marciano line launched. At Tbilisi Outlet Village, that history matters when you check the rails: denim, logo tees, dresses, handbags, watches, eyewear and Guess Kids are the categories to look through first. Specific cuts, colours and sizes change with every delivery, especially in the pieces people recognise fastest.

Why the prices are lower

Nothing about the product changes. What changes is where it sits in the season — here is the whole mechanism, in three steps.

In this store

GUESS outlet stock here is made up of original previous-season pieces and outlet-specific production, so colours, cuts and sizes change with each delivery.

01

A season ends

A collection finishes its run in the regular GUESS stores and makes room for the incoming season.

02

It moves to the outlet

Those pieces — plus lines produced specifically for outlet stores — arrive at Tbilisi Outlet Village.

03

Same product, lower price

Identical product, identical quality, 30-70% less. During special offer periods the gap grows further.

Authenticity

Everything on the shelves is original, authentic stock. A lower price here never means a lower grade of product.

Stock rotates

Because this is outlet stock rather than a current-season store, the selection changes with every delivery and the best-known pieces go first. If you are travelling for one specific item, call the store before you set out.

Plan your visit

The GUESS store keeps the same hours as the rest of the village. Free parking, EV charging and dining are all on site.

Questions people ask

The things people ask before making the trip, answered straight.

GUESS at Tbilisi Outlet Village brings denim, dresses and handbags into one outlet stop where the right close-cut fit can matter as much as the saving. Is what’s sold here real GUESS? | Yes. Every dress, watch, bag and denim piece comes through GUESS’s official network, rather than an unknown reseller. Why have these pieces reached the outlet? | The mix combines previous-season GUESS collections with products made specifically for outlet stores. The lower price reflects when and where the pieces are sold, not reduced authenticity. What’s the price gap from a GUESS city store? | The saving begins at 30% against GUESS’s own city-store prices year-round and can reach 70% in special offer periods. The village website lists whichever promotions are current. Can I drive over for one dress in my size? | No. GUESS stock changes with every delivery, and the best-known cuts and logo pieces often disappear first; come prepared to compare the sizes and alternatives available that day. Why are the jeans cut so close? | Form-fitting denim is a recurring part of the label’s look. Judge each pair by its actual cut and fit rather than assuming every GUESS jean will sit the same way. Is a weekday better for choosing GUESS denim? | Yes. Monday to Friday is quieter, making it easier to take time over close-cut jeans, dresses and accessories; the village is open 11:00–20:00 on those days.
