How Geox Made A Waterproof Sole Breathe
When a shoe feels fine in the morning and heavy by evening, the problem is often under the foot. Geox starts from that exact point: in 1995, Mario Moretti Polegato founded the brand in Montebelluna, Italy, around the idea of a sole that could breathe and still stay waterproof.
That idea made Geox different from a simple comfort label. The brand is built around the space between city shoes and technical footwear, where a pair has to handle rain, office floors, school runs and long walking days without looking like outdoor gear.
