What you’ll find in store

This is outlet stock, so the mix changes with every delivery. These are the categories the store keeps, and the names that come through most often.

Knitwear | This is the department to check first if you associate Benetton with colour, yarn and easy layering rather than logo-heavy dressing. | cotton knitwear, wool knitwear, cardigans, fine-gauge sweaters Everyday clothing | Benetton's casual rail is built around clean pieces that work for office days, weekends and travel without needing a full seasonal look. | shirts, chinos, jersey basics, long-sleeve tops Kids | The children's section matters here because Benetton has long treated colour and knitwear as family categories, not only adult wardrobe pieces. | kids' knitwear, kids' shirts, jersey tops, children's trousers Layering pieces | When the weather in Tbilisi changes during the day, the most useful Benetton finds are often light layers that sit between a shirt and a coat. | cardigans, lightweight sweaters, cotton tops, jersey layers

The brand

From Veneto knitwear to colour-led wardrobes

Benetton began in 1965 in Ponzano Veneto, when Luciano, Giuliana, Gilberto and Carlo Benetton started the company and opened the first store in Belluno. The early idea was rooted in knitwear: colour, yarn and everyday pieces that could move beyond a single season. The brand became known not only for sweaters and cotton basics, but for the way it used communication. Oliviero Toscani became creative director in 1982, the first multiracial advertisement followed in 1984, and the United Colors of Benetton slogan was adopted in 1989. In Tbilisi, that history translates into outlet shelves built around practical Benetton categories: cotton and wool knitwear, cardigans, shirts, chinos, jersey basics and kids' sizes. Colours, sizes and exact pieces change with each delivery, so the best visit is one where you check the knitwear table, the children's rail and the everyday layers with an open mind.
1965 | Luciano, Giuliana, Gilberto and Carlo Benetton start the company in Ponzano Veneto, and the first store opens in Belluno. 1968 | The first Benetton store outside Italy opens in Paris, taking the Veneto knitwear idea into a wider European setting. 1989 | United Colors of Benetton becomes the slogan that links the brand's clothes with its colour-led visual identity. 2012 | The Unhate campaign wins the Press Grand Prix at Cannes Lions, continuing the brand's history of communication-led fashion.

Why the prices are lower

Nothing about the product changes. What changes is where it sits in the season — here is the whole mechanism, in three steps.

In this store

Benetton outlet stock here is made up of original previous-season and outlet-specific pieces, with colours and sizes changing at every delivery.

01

A season ends

A collection finishes its run in the regular Benetton stores and makes room for the incoming season.

02

It moves to the outlet

Those pieces — plus lines produced specifically for outlet stores — arrive at Tbilisi Outlet Village.

03

Same product, lower price

Identical product, identical quality, 30-70% less. During special offer periods the gap grows further.

Authenticity

Everything on the shelves is original, authentic stock. A lower price here never means a lower grade of product.

Stock rotates

Because this is outlet stock rather than a current-season store, the selection changes with every delivery and the best-known pieces go first. If you are travelling for one specific item, call the store before you set out.

Plan your visit

The Benetton store keeps the same hours as the rest of the village. Free parking, EV charging and dining are all on site.

Questions people ask

The things people ask before making the trip, answered straight.

Colourful knitwear, chinos and kids' clothing anchor Benetton at Tbilisi Outlet Village for a family trip that depends on fibre, size and price. Are these genuine Benetton clothes? | Yes. Every piece reaches this official store through the brand’s authorised network, rather than an unknown reseller. Is the knitwear here all from last season? | No. The Benetton rails combine previous-season clothing no longer carried by main stores with pieces produced specifically for outlet stores. How much less than Benetton’s city-store prices? | Prices stay at least 30% lower throughout the year. Selected promotional reductions may widen the gap to as much as 70%. Will the cardigan I want be there in my size? | No—you cannot count on a particular piece, colour or size. Stock changes with every delivery, and the best-known pieces sell first, so come ready to compare the available knitwear rather than rely on one exact cardigan. Should I look for cotton or wool in the knits? | Both materials recur in the outlet selection: Benetton knitwear comes through in cotton as well as wool. Check which fibre suits the layer you are choosing. When is it quietest to browse the colour rails? | Weekdays are calmer, with fewer people trying on clothes than at weekends. The village is open Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 20:00, and Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 to 21:00.
