“There are no such outlet villages in Turkey, in Azerbaijan, or Armenia. It will be with absolutely separate infrastructure, build on 10-hectare space, which is designed by one of the world’s most famous Spanish Architecture Firm, also who made desing of “Santiago Bernabéu stadium”, “La Roca Village”, “Barcelona’s Outlet” . American-Europian consortium is taking part in managing, leasing and Comunication with Brands, and PR – British company”, said Guga Tsanava.
“Outlet village” will be built in such place, where people from Azerbaijan and Armenia will definately pass by, which is Nearby to Lilo and Custom Clearens Zone. As was said by Guga Tsanava, such geographic location will also be a big advantage.
“I think, Outlet Village will be the most contributing factor for tourism: In future, we are planning to make bus tours for tourists and other interesting activities. It will be another opportunity to attract tourists. They will be able to buy clothes of famous brands, such as Christian Dior, Dolche&Gabbana, what will seem too attractive for them too. When they will find out, that they can buy Dolche&Gabbana’s trousers here only for $ 70 , they won’t go anywhere else. It will also be attractive to our locals, for sure”, – said Guga Tsanava.
